Overview

This website is operated by AstroVerse Synergy Studios ("we", "us", "our"), trading as AstroSongWriter Vault. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage with our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here.

Please read these terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not access the site or use any service.

1. Eligibility and store terms

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your province or state, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent to allow any minor dependant to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in using our service.

We currently sell and ship only within Canada and the United States. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside these regions will be cancelled and refunded in full.

2. Products

Our products are made to order. Each item is produced by a third-party fulfilment partner after your order is placed. This has consequences you should understand before purchasing:

Product images are digital mockups. Actual garments may vary in colour, tone, and placement from what is shown on screen.
Colour reproduction varies between screens and between production runs. Minor variation is a normal characteristic of the printing process and is not a defect.
Print placement may shift by a small tolerance between individual items.
Garment sizing follows the manufacturer's size chart, provided on each product page. We strongly recommend consulting it before ordering — sizing errors are not covered by our refund policy.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, and discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Digital content and exclusive access

Certain products include access to exclusive digital content ("Digital Content") — audio, video, artwork, or other material not available publicly.

Access is granted per order and delivered by a time-limited link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Access links expire. Once expired, access ends. It is your responsibility to retrieve the content within the stated window.
Access is granted to you personally. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, share, or make Digital Content publicly available by any means.
We may revoke access where these terms are breached.
Digital Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. No licence to reproduce, perform publicly, sync to video, or create derivative works is granted or implied.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including music, lyrics, artwork, designs, photography, video, logos, wordmarks, and text — is owned by AstroVerse Synergy Studios or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law.

Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only. It grants no rights in the underlying artwork, recordings, or marks.

You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of our content without express written permission.

6. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material here is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify site contents at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

7. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address and shipping address, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. See our Shipping Policy for what happens when an address is incorrect.

8. Third-party services and links

Our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party providers. Certain content and services may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party materials, and we do not warrant them.

Complaints, claims, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to that third party, except where our Refund Policy applies.

9. Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulations, rules, or laws; to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, or scrape; for any obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with the security features of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any prohibited use.

10. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The service and all products delivered to you are provided "as is" and "as available" except as expressly stated by us, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroVerse Synergy Studios, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any service or product.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroVerse Synergy Studios and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You can review the most current version of these Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
